Join us in celebrating America 250! During this series of interactive classes, you will learn about relevant food trends, cooking techniques, and common ingredients captured through the decades of the 20th century, as well as sample dishes from each decade. The series will occur on Mondays and Wednesdays, June 29-July 22, Noon-1:00 pm. The first class on Monday, June 29th will be held at the Oscar Share Hall on the Guernsey County Fairgrounds at 335 Old National Road (third building on the right of the fairgrounds), with the remaining classes held at Guernsey OSU Extension lower level, 335B Old National Road, Old Washington, 43768.
