Join Ohio State University Extension in learning Tai Chi. This program series presented by Caitlin Mathews-Smith, Guernsey County Family and Consumer Sciences Educator, slowly strengthens muscles and joints and helps reduce the risk of falling. This form of Tai Chi can be completed seated or standing.

Come and learn what Tai Chi can do for you! The fall series begins August 4, 2026 and runs through October 22, 2026. Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15-10:15 a.m. at the Crossroads Branch of the Guernsey County District Public Library, 63500 Byesville Road, Cambridge, OH 43725.
